At the Spotlight Academy, we offer comprehensive, foundational training to enable and empower new pros starting their career in AR. Our course curriculum is built on our proven, measurable methodology and are complete with take-home tools to hit the ground running.

We used the Spotlight training program as a way to enable a new team member with limited analyst relations experience. You will receive tangible tools and templates to hit the ground running or to make significant improvements in your existing program.

In this training we will:

  • Discover how to select and prioritize the analyst landscape
  • Practice how to plan and execute a practical interaction cadence, ensuring every analyst interaction is purposeful, contextual, and impactful
  • Uncover how best to approach major analyst report evaluations
  • Learn best practices on messaging and delivery for effective analyst interactions
  • Determine how to measure and communicate successes in AR in order to leverage wins across the organization

This is a two- or three-day in-person training at Spotlight’s office, best suited for novice AR pros.

  • Program and Performance Optimization. Refine your skills and optimize your AR program. We’ll review our best practices for successful analyst interactions, speaker training, preparing messaging and materials for interactions, moving an analyst towards advocacy, and more
  • Measuring and Activating AR. Set yourself up for success by determining the right KPIs for your program. We’ll discuss showing and proving momentum, reporting metrics, adjusting strategy based on findings, and activating advocates and assets across marketing, product, and sales
  • Claim Full Credit: If you’re frustrated with your performance in your last evaluation report, we’ll work with you to determine how to improve in the next round. We’ll co-create offseason strategy plans which include objectives, message strategy, tactics, and cadence
